Examples of customer support:

1. United States Air Force – We provide a full range of Intelligence Training Support for the Personnel Recovery Intelligence community.  We established their training program meeting Air Combat Command’s Master Training Task List requirements. DEFTEC is responsible for training and lesson plan development, updating evolving doctrine and all aspects of training management.
2. United States Northern Command – we provide joint fires targeting support and insight to assist the Government with operations-level planning of NORTHCOM mission area capabilities for lethal and non-lethal targeting, support contingency planning, future and current operations in strategic deterrence to include space operations, cyber warfare, information operations, and global strike operations.
