Last week, DEFTEC leadership traveled to Arlington, VA to meet with nearly 25 of our incredible team members who support operations in the region. Linda Harris and James L. Harris were grateful for the opportunity to connect in person and share a meal with the group.
Many team members made the effort to attend, with several traveling over an hour to reach the central location. Their commitment to being part of the gathering speaks volumes about the strength and dedication of our team.

Over dinner, the group reflected on the holiday season, shared in the joy of being together, and discussed the exciting initiatives ahead for DEFTEC. These moments of connection remind us of the value of showing up, staying engaged, and building community beyond the screen.

Linda and James left energized and inspired, looking forward to the new year and the employee events to come. Here’s to ending the year with gratitude and stepping into 2026 with purpose and momentum.
