DEFTEC Joins UAH Charger Partner Edge Program
DEFTEC has officially joined the The University of Alabama in Huntsville Charger Partner Edge Program!
The photo of Katie Beardsley and Dr. Michael Poll captures the heart of this new collaboration. Their meeting marks the beginning of a partnership that will provide DEFTEC employees with 15% off tuition at UAH, opening doors for continued education, advanced degrees, and expanded career pathways. Paired with DEFTEC’s Tuition Assistance Program, this creates a powerful support system for employees who want to grow, upskill, and achieve new milestones in their professional journeys.
UAH is an exceptional institution with a wide range of programs, and the partnership is even more meaningful because DEFTEC is headquartered right here in Huntsville. Strengthening educational ties within our own community is exactly the kind of growth we’re excited to lean into.
Great things are happening, and we’re proud to invest in our people while expanding our community connections. Here’s to collaboration, education, and opportunity!
*Special thanks to Ryan Beardsley for connecting Dr. Poll with our team in the first place.
