Ikeia is a Senior Finance and Accounting leader with more than 20 years of experience strengthening financial operations, internal controls, and reporting across financial institutions, government contracting and public-sector organizations.  She is recognized for transforming complex processes optimizing ERP systems, and leading high-performing teams that deliver accuracy, transparency, and strategic insight.

 

Her expertise spans GAAP, GASB, FAR, CAS, and DCAA compliance, and she has guided organizations through audits, systems implementations, and large-scale process improvements that reduce risk and elevate decision-making.  With advanced proficiency in Unanet and Paycom, she partners with executives to modernize financial operations and build resilient, data-driven finance functions.

 

Ikeia holds an MS in Accounting from Keller Graduate School and a BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, along with Certified Financial Planning & Analysis certification through Wharton Online and Wall Street Prep.
