Kyle Motyl

Director of Contracts and Finance

With over 10 years of experience working for a start-up and small-sized companies, serving in various roles providing financial support. He began his career working as an Accountant for SEKTYR International, a holding company managing a portfolio of Technology and Defense Companies. He actively participated in the sale of the company Cellblox, Inc. to Securus Technologies, assisting with Due Diligence and Investor Relations, as well as Post Sale Financial Management. He joined DEFTEC in 2018 as a Division Controller, eventually also taking on the roles of Contract Manager, Information Technology Manager, Program Manager, and now Director of Contracts and Finance. He has supported contracts across a multitude of agencies including the Air Force, Army, DTRA, and DARPA. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Pennsylvania State University.
