Linda Harris

Chief Executive Officer and President

With over 30 years of experience in the government contracting industry and leading mission-focused and goal-oriented technical and advisory services to the Department of Defense and federal civilian agencies.  She has contributed significantly to the growth at her prior organizations Systems Planning and Analysis (SPA), MCR, and Salient CRGT. As a Vice President at Salient over thirteen years grew her Buisness Unit to over $100 Million annually focusing on Information Technology and Training for defense and intelligence agenices.  SGIS was acquired by Salient and later merged with CRGT where she served as the Senior Vice President of Defense and Intelligence Programs. In 2018, she moved to MCR to become their Chief Growth Officer where she successfully lead the company in growing over $20 Million annually.  As Chief Growth Officer she was responsible for strategy, marketing, business development, capture, proposals and recruiting. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Monterey Bay.

James Harris

Director of Operations

With over 20 years of experience leading operations for small and medium size companies. James provides the operational leadership for all DEFTEC contracts and personnel.  He spent almost thirteen years at Salient CRGT serving as a Director of Operations for all Information Technology contracts within the Defense and Intelligence Group.  His experience includes managing over 150 cleared personnel on a variety of programs predominately supporting the United States Air Force, Army and Navy.

Kyle Motyl

Director of Contracts and Finance

With over 10 years of experience working for start up and small sized companies, serving in various roles providing financial support.  He began his career working as an Accountant for SEKTYR International, a holding company managing a portfolio of Technology and Defense Companies.  He actively participated in the sale of the company Cellblox, Inc. to Securus Technologies, assisting with Due Diligence and Investor Relations, as well as Post Sale Financial Management.  He joined DEFTEC in 2018 as a Division Controller, eventually also taking on the roles of Contract Manager, Information Technology Manager, Program Manager and now Director of Contracts and Finance.  He has helped support contracts across a multitude of agencies including the United States Air Force, Army, Defense Threat Reduction Agency and Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.  He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from  Pennsylvania State University.
